The Seelie Court Fragrance Oil
“I was in the Downie Hills and was dined there by the Queen of Faerie – more food than I could eat. The Queen of Faerie is finely clothed in white linens and clothes of brown and white..” – Isobel Gowdie, Scottish witch.
In Scottish lore, the more friendly, benevolent faeries were part of the Seelie Court, which included beings who would aid humans, helpful house spirits, entities that would grant favours, and in some cases the Queen of Elphame herself, who according to numerous trial records, taught many witches the secrets of magic and healing.
The Seelie Court Fragrance oil has been crafted to evoke the strange wilderness of Faerie haunted places, the otherworldly air of realms under the hills, the intoxicating earthiness of the Faerie Queen, and the sumptuous feasts known to tempt many a mortal.
The Seelie Court is a deep, musky scent, with top notes of sharp and floral sweetness. Blended with rose geranium, lilac, lemon, Irish cream, rosemary and amber.
You will receive this fragrance oil in a 10ml amber glass roll on bottle and organza bag.
Thanks for viewing and Brightest Blessings!
